Ingredients

¾ cup sugar

2 eggs

½ cup vegetable oil

1 cup whole milk

10 g baking powder

10 g vanillin sugar

2½ cups flour

1½ cups raisins

1 cup powdered sugar

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.

In a bowl, cream together the eggs and sugar until the mixture turns white and frothy.

Then add the milk and vegetable oil and whisk. Set aside.

In a separate bowl, sift and combine flour, baking powder, and vanillin sugar.

Take your flour mix and slowly add it to the egg mixture while whisking until you get a smooth batter. Sprinkle in the raisins and stir until well combined.

Pour into a greased bundt cake pan and smooth out the top with a spatula. Bake for 45 minutes until top is golden brown or when toothpick inserted comes out clean.

Remove cake from oven and let it rest on cooling rack for 15 minutes. Turn cake out onto cooling rack and cool for another 15 minutes.
