Ingredients
2 oz blanco tequila, chilled
1½ oz fresh lime juice
½ cup Topo Chico, chilled, or other sparkling mineral water
½ cup ice cubes, or crushed ice
lime wedge, optional for garnish
Preparation
In a chilled highball glass, add tequila and lime juice.
Add ice.
Fill the glass with Topo Chico.
Garnish with lime wedge. Serve immediately and enjoy!
