Ingredients

1tbspclear corn syrup,or honey

1tbspcoarse sugar,or sprinkles

6ozpomegranate juice,or cran-raspberry juice, frozen into ice cubes

2ozraspberry liqueur,such as Chambord

10ozsparkling wine

raspberries,or pomegranate arils or fresh cranberries, optional for garnish

10ozlemon-lime soda,or ginger ale

8ozcran-raspberry juice,or pomegranate juice, frozen into ice cubes

Preparation

Rub the very edge of the glasses with a thin layer of corn syrup.

Dip the edges into the sugar or sprinkles.

Fill the ice cube trays with pomegranate juice, then freeze.

Add the raspberry liqueur and ice cubes to champagne flutes.

Top with sparkling wine.

Garnish with raspberries or other desired toppings, serve, enjoy!
