Ingredients
dark chocolate brownie mix,1 box, 9×13 size
2eggs
½cupvegetable oil
¼cupmilk
1cupbutter,softened
4ozraspberries
2cupspowdered sugar
Preparation
Prepare the brownies according to box directions. Set aside, then allow to cool.
Remove the brownies from the pan, then cut as many heart shapes as possible with a cookie cutter.
Puree the raspberries in the food processor or blender.
In a medium bowl, cream the butter and raspberry puree.
Add in the powdered sugar, 1 cup at a time, mixing until smooth and creamy.
Transfer the filling to a piping bag.
Pipe the filling around the edge of one of the brownie heart, then fill in the middle.
Top with another brownie heart, gently pressing down to make a sandwich.
Using a sifter, dust the tops with powdered sugar.
Serve, and enjoy!
