Ingredients

1 cup red kidney beans

2 tbsp butter, clarified

1 tsp cumin seeds

1 tsp ginger garlic paste

½ tsp red chili powder

½ cup onion, chopped

3 tomatoes, chopped

2 tsp coriander leaves

2 tbsp lemon juice

1 tsp garam masala, powder

Preparation

Soak the red kidney beans in water overnight.

Cook or boil in water in the morning.

Drain the water.

Heat clarified butter in skillet and fry cumin seeds in butter.

Add onion, ginger garlic paste, and chili powder.

Add chopped tomatoes, onions, and cooked beans to the mixture.

Add salt and masala powder.

Mix well and boil until it starts to thicken.

Add coriander leaves.

Before serving, add lemon juice.
