Ingredients
8cupsfresh rhubarb,chopped
3cupswhite sugar
21ozblueberry pie filling,(1 can)
3ozstrawberry flavored Jell-O® mix,(1 package)
3ozraspberry flavored Jell-O® mix,(1 package)
Preparation
Combine the rhubarb, sugar, and blueberry pie filling in a large pot.
Bring to a rolling boil over medium-high heat, and boil for 10 minutes longer.
Stir in the dry gelatin mix into the pot until dissolved. Transfer to sterile jars or freezer tubs, and cool.
Serve with toasts and enjoy!
