Ingredients
2cupsbeef stock
2cupsrice
1tbspoil,or flavor infused oil
9ozbacon,or chicken, or spam, or ham, or any preferred meat
1onion,sliced
1tspgarlic,minced
1cupfrozen vegetables,such as peas and carrots
2tbspsoy sauce
Preparation
Turn the rice cooker to cook and add the oil, bacon, onion, and garlic.
Stir frequently until the onion is soft.
Add the rice to the rice cooker and coat it in oil.
Add the frozen vegetables and beef stock and mix well.
Turn the rice cooker on and let it cook on its own.
When finished stir in soy sauce and serve.
