Ingredients

1½cupunsalted butter

1cupunsweetened cocoa powder

6cupspowdered sugar

⅔cupsmilk

1tbspvanilla

Preparation

Melt the butter in a large saucepan, then whisk in the cocoa powder.

Remove the saucepan from the heat and let cool.

Add the cooled chocolate mix to a stand mixer, then whip on medium speed.

Add in the powdered sugar and milk, alternating them ⅓ at a time, then add the vanilla in last.

Serve over cakes, and enjoy!
