Ingredients

1acorn squash,cut in half, seeds and fibers removed

1tbspbutter,whipped

2tbspbrown sugar,to taste

dashground cinnamon

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.

Rub ½ tablespoon of light butter on each side.

Top with brown sugar and cinnamon.

Place in a baking dish, then add ¼ cup water to the bottom of the pan.

Cover and bake for 50 minutes.

Uncover, then bake for an additional 10 minutes.

Remove from the oven and allow to cool.

Serve, and enjoy!
