4large yukon gold potatoes,cut into wedges
2tbspolive oil
2tbspsalted butter,melted
1tbsplemon juice,fresh
2garlic cloves,minced
½tspdried thyme
¼tspgarlic salt
¼tsponion powder
1pinchfreshly ground black pepper,to taste
1tspdried parsley
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F. Spray a 9×13-inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
Toss potato wedges with olive oil, melted butter, lemon juice, minced garlic, thyme, garlic salt, and onion powder in a large bowl. Season with freshly ground cracked pepper to taste.
Spread the potatoes in an even layer in the prepared baking dish.
Roast in the oven for 20 minutes. Remove the pan from the oven and flip the potato wedges. Continue roasting for about 20 minutes more until the potatoes are golden and cooked through.
Sprinkle with parsley and serve. Enjoy!
