2slicesraw bacon,chopped
1tbsponion,minced
8ozportobello,sliced, brown, or white mushrooms, or any combination of the 3
1clovegarlic,minced
1½tsprosemary,fresh
½tspground black pepper,fresh
1tbspbutter
3tbspwhite wine
1tspsoy sauce
Preparation
Cook the bacon and onion over medium-high heat, until fragrant and the bacon is mostly cooked through.
Add the butter to the pan and melt. Add the mushrooms, garlic, rosemary, and pepper.
Cook over medium-high heat, stirring infrequently for about 6 minutes until juices are released.
Add in the white wine and soy sauce. Turn the heat up to high for about 1 minute.
Serve hot.
