Ingredients

½ cup honey

8 apples, large, ripe, tart, peeled, and finely diced

4 tbsp lemon juice

¼ cup rosemary, fresh and finely chopped

Preparation

Heat the honey in a skillet. Add the apples, then stir in the lemon juice.

Mix well to coat the apples and sauté over medium heat until they are slightly softened.

Cover and cook until the apples are softened enough to mash.

Remove from heat, then stir in the rosemary and mash with a potato masher or hand mixer still so it’s still chunky.

Serve on toasts or crackers, and enjoy!
