Ingredients
1 pc pineapple, peeled and cored, sliced into rings
¼ cup spiced rum
¼ cup brown sugar
1 tbsp butter
1 scoop vanilla ice cream, per serving
pecans, or walnuts, chopped
caramel sauce
Preparation
Mix the brown sugar and rum. Microwave the mixture for 1½ minutes, making sure the sugar is dissolved.
Brush the sugar-rum mixture over the pineapple rings evenly.
Heat the butter in a grill pan on medium-high heat.
Grill the pineapple for 3 minutes per side.
Serve with ice cream, drizzle with caramel sauce, and garnish with chopped nuts like pecans or walnuts. Serve and enjoy!
