Ingredients
¼cupkalamata olives,pitted, drained
2tbspgreen olives,pitted
8ozhummus,(1 container)
1tbsptahini
1tspfresh Italian parsley,minced
1tspfresh rosemary,minced
½tspground coriander
⅛tspgarlic powder
⅛tsponion powder
⅛tspground black pepper
Preparation
Place the Kalamata olives and green olives in a food processor, then pulse until minced.
Combine the minced olives, hummus, tahini, parsley, rosemary, coriander, garlic powder, onion powder, and pepper together in a bowl until thoroughly combined.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or preferably overnight.
Use as desired and enjoy.
