Ingredients

4veggie sausage patties,morningstar farms

1pkgpizza crust,refrigerated

cupsalsa

1cupcheddar,and monterey jack cheese or mozzarella cheese, shredded

¼cupgreen onions,sliced

2tbspfresh cilantro,or parsley, chopped

Chop patties into ½-inch pieces. Set aside.

On lightly greased baking sheet, press pizza dough into 14×9-inch rectangle. Bake at 400 degrees F for 8 minutes.

Spread salsa over partially baked crust, leaving 1-inch border. Sprinkle with cheese and top with sausage pieces.

Sprinkle with onions and cilantro

Bake at 400 degrees F about 11 minutes more or until crust is golden brown.

Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
