Ingredients

3tbspbutter

1lbasparagus stalks,trimmed, cut into 1 to 2-inch pieces

2tspgarlic,minced

1tspdried Italian seasoning

½tspkosher salt

¼tsppepper

1½tbspparsley,or green onions or fresh dill, chopped

Preparation

Melt the butter in a large pan over medium high heat.

Add the asparagus, then cook for 3 to 4 minutes or until just tender.

Stir in the garlic, Italian seasoning, salt and pepper.

Cook for 1 to 2 more minutes, stirring constantly.

Sprinkle with parsley, serve, and enjoy!
