Ingredients

3tbspbutter

1lbgreen beans,trimmed

2tspgarlic,minced

1tspdried Italian seasoning

½tspkosher salt

¼tspblack pepper

1½tbspchopped parsley,or basil, green onions, or dill

Preparation

Melt the butter in a large pan over medium high heat.

Add the green beans and cook for 4 to 5 minutes or until just tender.

Stir in the garlic, Italian seasoning, salt and pepper. Cook for 1 to 2 more minutes, stirring constantly.

Sprinkle with parsley, then serve immediately.
