Ingredients

1 tbsp butter

20 radishes, ends trimmed and radishes cut in half

salt, to taste

ground black pepper, to taste

Preparation

Heat butter in a skillet over low heat.

Once butter has melted, add radishes in, cut-side down. Season with salt and black pepper.

Cook and stir occasionally, for about 8 to10 minutes, until radishes are browned and soft.
