Ingredients
1lbsalami,cut into bite-size pieces
1tbspextra-virgin olive oil
1½tspsalt
1tspground black pepper
⅓cupParmesan cheese,grated, or more to taste
1½tsporegano,chopped
4sprigsparsley
Preparation
Place the salami in a grill pan or skillet over medium-high heat.
Drizzle with olive oil, then season with salt and pepper.
Cook for 5 to 7 minutes, until grill marks appear.
Flip, then cook for 5 to 7 minutes, until the second side is browned.
Place the salami in a small bowl, then mix in the Parmesan cheese and oregano.
Garnish with parsley, serve, and enjoy!
