Ingredients
2cupsall purpose flour,sifted
1cupswater
2tbspdark sesame oil
15scallions
1½tspsalt
peanut oil,for frying
Preparation
Place the flour in a medium bowl and make a well in the center. Add the water and stir until a dough forms.
Cover with plastic wrap and let rest 30 minutes. Preheat the oven to low.
Turn the pancake over and fry until browned on the second side
Transfer to a paper towel–lined baking sheet and keep warm in the oven while frying the remaining pancakes.
To serve, cut each pancake crosswise into quarters.
