3tbspsherry vinegar
3tbspwater

¼cupcanola oil
1tbspcanola oil
3tbspcilantro,chopped
kosher salt
freshly ground pepper
Preparation
In a blender, puree the scallions, jalapeño, vinegar, water, and honey; gradually add the oil. Add the cilantro and pulse. Season with salt and pepper and serve.
