Ingredients

1tbspvegetable oil,or as needed

1onion,chopped

6eggs,beaten

1tspsalt

10large shrimp,cooked

¼cupcocktail sauce

Preparation

Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat; saute onion until translucent for about 5 to 10 minutes. Add eggs to onion and season with salt.

Cook and stir until eggs are set for about 5 minutes. Stir shrimp and cocktail sauce into eggs and cook until warm.
