Ingredients
8ozhaddock,cleaned and skinned
1lbscallops
1lbshrimp,large, cleaned and deveined
4clovesgarlic,minced
½cupheavy cream
½cupswiss cheese,shredded
2tbspparmesan,grated
paprika,to taste
sea salt and pepper,to taste
Preparation
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
Spray a glass or ceramic 7×11-inch baking dish with cooking spray.
Cut haddock into about 1½-inch chunks and lay in pan. Add shrimp and scallops. Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.
Add minced garlic to fish and shrimp.
Pour heavy cream over the fish and add Swiss cheese.
Sprinkle with paprika and Parmesan cheese. Bake for about 15 to 20 minutes being careful to not overbake so the shrimp don’t overcook.
Serve and enjoy.
