Ingredients

4 oz chicken breasts, (2 pcs), boned, skinned, and butterflied

2 tbsp vegetable, or canola oil, for frying

sesame oil, for garnish

2 tsp sesame seed, toasted

2 tbsp honey

2 tbsp soy sauce, reduced-sodium

¼ tsp ground ginger

Preparation

Heat up the oil in a skillet and add the chicken. Cook for three minutes on each side or until lightly browned.

Prepare the sauce by combining the sesame seeds, honey, soy sauce, and ginger. Mix then set this aside.

Once the chicken turns brown, add the sesame mixture and cook for an additional 3 minutes. Turn the chicken to coat it with the sauce.

Serve remaining sauce over chicken, sprinkle the leeks for garnish, and drizzle with sesame oil. Enjoy!
