Ingredients
28 oz tomatoes, with green pepper, celery, and onions, diced
12 oz frozen bell pepper and onion strips, (1 bag)
½ tsp salt
¼ tsp pepper
½ tsp red pepper flakes, crushed
½ tsp oregano
12 oz shrimp, raw, cleaned
Preparation
In a large saucepan over medium heat, combine the diced tomatoes and frozen pepper and onion strips.
Add the salt, pepper, red pepper flakes, and oregano, and bring to a simmer.
Add the shrimp, and simmer about 5 to 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the shrimp are done.
