Ingredients

1lborganic silken tofu

½tsporganic ground cinnamon

½tsporganic vanilla extract

¼tsporganic ancho chile powder

7ozorganic bittersweet chocolate

¾cupsimple sugar syrup,(1 cup water and 1 cup), organic evaporated cane juice crystals boiled together and chilled

4tbsporganic plain yogurt,low-fat

2tbsporganic bittersweet chocolate

Preparation

Place the tofu in a blender or food processor. Add the cinnamon, vanilla, and chile. Add the cooled chocolate and cooled syrup and blend until smooth. Pour the pudding into your glassware and chill.

Garnish with a dollop of plain yogurt, bittersweet chocolate shavings, and a sprinkle of ancho chili powder. Enjoy!
