Ingredients

6 tomatoes, large, sliced

16 oz fresh mozzarella medallions

1 bunch basil leaves

½ cup extra virgin olive oil

salt and ground black pepper, to taste

Preparation

Arrange mozzarella and tomato slices on a platter.  Overlap them slightly. Tuck basil leaves between the tomatoes and the cheese.

Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Serve and enjoy!
