Ingredients
1 can chick-peas, washed and drained
½ cup onion, finely chopped
½ cup parsley, finely chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
⅓ cup lemon juice
⅓ cup olive oil
salt and pepper , to taste
Preparation
Place washed and drained chick-peas in a small bowl.
Combine remaining ingredients and shake well.
Just before serving, pour over chick-peas and toss.
