Ingredients

4medium chicken breasts,boneless skinless, chopped into 1½-inch pieces

4tbspcorn starch

2cupsbroccoli florets,steamed or boiled until just tender

6tbsphoney

4tbspketchup

3tbspsugar

1tbspbrown sugar

2tbspwhite vinegar

3tbspsoy sauce

1tspgarlic powder

2tbspcold water

2tbspcorn starch

sesame seeds,for topping

Preparation

Combine the chicken and 4 tablespoons of corn starch in a large resealable bag and shake to coat.

Whisk together the honey, ketchup, sugar, brown sugar, vinegar, soy sauce, and garlic powder and set aside.

Drizzle a pan with oil and add the chicken. Sauté over medium heat for 5 to 6 minutes until browned.

Add the broccoli and pour the sauce over the top. Continue to stir over medium heat for 4 to 5 minutes longer until chicken is cooked through.

In a small bowl, whisk together the cold water and corn starch. Add to pan and stir until the sauce thickens.

Sprinkle with sesame seeds, serve, and enjoy!
