Ingredients
6ozKroger® Baby Spinach,chopped with stems removed
14ozKroger® Artichoke Hearts,drained and chopped, quartered
8ozKroger® Greek Cream Cheese with Greek Yogurt
½cupKroger® Lowfat Greek Yogurt
½cupKroger® Lite Mayonnaise
1¼cupKroger® Mozzarella Cheese,divided
1¼cupKroger® parmesan shredded cheese,divided
1garlic clove,minced
¼tspsalt
⅛tsppepper
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.
In a medium sized mixing bowl, combine the spinach, artichoke hearts, greek cream cheese, greek yogurt, mayonnaise, 1 cup of mozzarella cheese, 1 cup of parmesan cheese, garlic, and salt and pepper. Mix until combined.
Place in an oven safe dish and top with remaining cheese.
Bake for 20 to 25 minutes until heated throughout and bubbly.
Serve immediately, and enjoy!
