Ingredients
4chicken breasts,boneless skinless, cubed
8ozmushrooms,sliced
8ozcream cheese,softened
10½ozcream of chicken soup
1¼ozdry onion soup mix,(1 envelope)
salt and pepper,to taste
fresh parsley,chopped, for garnish
1lblarge egg noodles,for serving
Preparation
Place the chicken in the bottom of a lightly greased slow cooker. Add the mushrooms.
In a medium sized bowl, add the cream cheese, cream of chicken soup, and dry onion soup mix. Mix until incorporated and spread on top of chicken and mushrooms.
Cook on Low for 4 to 6 hours or High for 3 hours.
Serve over noodles, top with fresh parsley and salt and pepper, and enjoy!
