Ingredients

3chicken breasts,boneless skinless

16ozcream cheese,2 boxes

ranch seasoning,1 packet

1cupcheddar cheese

1tspgarlic powder

8bacon slices,crumbled

8cheddar cheese slices

8hoagie rolls

Preparation

Add the chicken, cream cheese, ranch seasoning, cheddar cheese and garlic powder to a slow cooker.

Cook on Low for 7 to 8 hours or on High for 3 to 4 hours.

Toast the hoagie rolls.

Scoop the chicken onto the rolls, then top with a cheddar slice and crumbled bacon.

Serve warm, and enjoy!
