Ingredients
4slicesbacon,chopped
1onion,finely chopped, small to medium size
1jalapeño,finely chopped
2cansgreat northern beans,drained and rinsed
2cansbaked beans,any variety
1¼cupsCoca-Cola®
½cupbbq sauce
½cupketchup
½cupbrown sugar
1tspdry mustard
Preparation
In a skillet, crisp bacon with chopped onion, and jalapeños.
Once the bacon is cooked, add into the slow cooker with beans, Coca-Cola®, BBQ sauce, ketchup, brown sugar, and dry mustard.
Stir together and cook on High until bubbling, then switch to a Low setting for about 2 to 4 hours until thick.
Serve and enjoy.
