Ingredients
2lbscorned beef,cut into bit sized pieces
4large potatoes,cut into pieces
2stalks celery,chopped
1white onion,chopped
16ozbaby carrots,(1 bag)
½cabbage head,cut into small wedges
3cupsbeef broth
1tbspworcestershire sauce
2tbspMcCormick® pickling spice
1tspMcCormick® garlic powder
½tspMcCormick® paprika
1tspsalt,plus more to taste
1tsppepper,plus more to taste
1tbspcornstarch,optional
parsley,chopped, for garnish
Preparation
Add corned beef, potatoes, celery, onion, and cabbage to your slow cooker.
In a medium sized mixing bowl combine beef broth, worchestershire sauce, pickling spice, garlic powder, paprika and salt and pepper. Pour over the meat and veggies.
Cook on Low for 8 to 10 hours or High for 5 to 6 until the vegetables are tender and meat is cooked throughout.
Add salt and pepper to taste and garnish with chopped parsley.
Serve and enjoy.
