Ingredients

5lbpork shoulder

1tspkosher salt

½tspblack pepper,ground

8yellow onion,whole, cut into wedges

½canchipotle peppers

8ozDr. Pepper cherry

2tbspbrown sugar

1cupmaraschino cherries,including juice

¼cupsweet jalapenos

Preparation

Put all the ingredients into the slow cooker together and cover the pork carefully with each ingredient.

Cover and cook on Low for 8 hours.
