Ingredients

5 oz pork chops, (6 pcs)

1 lb pork and beans

4 oz bacon, diced

1 cup yellow onions, chopped, sauteed, and cooled

½ cup ketchup

½ cup brown sugar

3 tbsp vegetable oil

1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

salt and ground black pepper, to taste

¼ cup ketchup

1 tbsp brown sugar

1 tbsp mustard

⅛ tsp parsley, per serving

Preparation

Heat up a skillet with oil over medium-high heat. Add pork chops and sear evenly on all sides. Drain and set aside.

In a mixing bowl, combine all ingredients for your mustard glaze. Whisk until sugar has evenly dissolved. Set aside.

In another mixing bowl, add pork and beans, bacon, onions, ketchup, brown sugar, and Worcestershire sauce. Whisk until evenly incorporated.

Brush pork chops with the glaze on all sides.

Pour ⅓ of the pork and beans mixture into your crockpot, then place 3 pork chops. Repeat until you have used up all your pork chops and pork and bean mixture.

Cover and cook on low for 3 to 5 hours.

Once cooked, remove the pork chops from the slow cooker and set them aside.

Season the stew inside the slow cooker with salt and pepper. Adjust accordingly.

Serve your slow-cooked pork chop and beans immediately. Garnish with parsley.
