Ingredients

2 lb beef short ribs, boneless

½ cup ketchup

½ cup beef broth

2 tbsp white sugar

2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

1 tsp paprika

2 garlic cloves, minced

vegetable oil, as needed

salt and ground black pepper, to taste

1 cup mashed potatoes, or any potatoes done to your preference

½ cup vegetables, (grilled onions, zucchini, tomatoes, and green onions), done to your preference

1 rosemary sprig, for garnish

Preparation

In a non-stick skillet, sear the ribs in hot oil for a minute on each side. Set aside once done.

In a bowl, mix the beef broth, ketchup, white sugar, Worcestershire sauce, paprika, and garlic. Mix and make sure it is well-combined.

Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper.

Place the seared ribs in the crockpot, then pour the sauce over the ribs.

Cook on low for 6 hours.

Serve this warm with potatoes and vegetables, done to your preference.
