Ingredients

2lbsirloin steak,lean top

1large white onion,quartered

½cupsoy sauce,low sodium

¼cupsesame oil

2tbspginger,fresh minced

4garlic cloves,minced

1lbbrussels sprouts,hulled, halved

2red bell peppers,diced

2large carrots,diced

2cupsbrown rice,cooked

Preparation

Slice the top sirloin steaks into ½-inch thick strips.

Place the soy sauce, sesame oil, ginger, garlic, onion and meat in a large slow cooker and mix thoroughly.

Place the lid on top. Set the slow cooker on the Low setting for about 3 hours.

Remove the onions from the slow cooker. Pour in the Brussels sprouts, bell pepper, and carrots. Mix thoroughly.

Cook on Low for about 1 hour.

Serve with a portion of brown rice, and enjoy!
