Ingredients
¼cuprice vinegar
2½tbsporange marmalade
1tbspwater
1tsphoney
½tspsmoked paprika
½small shallot
¼cupextra virgin olive oil
1tbspparsley,minced
kosher salt and freshly ground pepper
Preparation
In a bowl, whisk the vinegar, marmalade, water, honey, paprika, and shallot.
Slowly whisk in the oil. Stir in the parsley and season with salt and pepper.
Use as desired and enjoy.
