Ingredients
4 chicken breast, boneless, skinless
10.5 oz cream of mushroom soup, (1 can)
2 cups sour cream
1.9 oz onion soup mix, (1 pack)
1 tsp garlic powder
½ cup parmesan cheese, grated, optional topping (or cheddar / mozzarella)
parsley, chopped, for garnish (or basil / thyme)
Preparation
Put all ingredients in a crockpot. If desired, sprinkle grated parmesan cheese all over the chicken breasts.
Cook on Low for 6 to 7 hours, or on High for 4 hours.
Cook until the chicken just falls apart.
Garnish with chopped parsley, and serve with rice or steamed vegetables. Enjoy!
