5 cups bread, stale, cut into cubes

3 chorizos, (Spanish sausage)

5 strips bacon

6 cloves garlic

salt and black pepper, to taste

extra virgin olive oil

Preparation

Crumble the bread and sprinkle it with a little water (make it slightly damp but not completely wet). Let it sit covered overnight.

Grab a pan and put enough oil to cover the bottom. Heat the oil and fry the bacon cut into strips. Cook until golden brown, then add the sliced ​​chorizo.

Cook the chorizo for 7 to 10 minutes ​​until it is tender and golden. Remove the chorizo ​​and bacon from the pan and set them aside for now. Leave the cooking oil in the pan to reuse it.

In the pan, add the garlic, and cook for 3 minutes until golden brown. Add the breadcrumbs and stir.

Stir for 5 to 7 minutes until they are completely and evenly toasted.

Once toasted, add the chorizo ​​and bacon, then heat everything together for about 3 to 5 minutes.
