Ingredients
2tbspdry cranberries
½cuporganic pear nectar
32ozMoscato d’Asti wine
8sprigssmall fresh rosemary
Preparation
Put cranberries in a small bowl, then add 2 tablespoons of warm water. Soak for about 15 minutes until cool.
Drain, pat dry, and refrigerate until serving.
Divide the pear nectar evenly among eight tall champagne glasses. Add the cranberries, and then gently pour the Moscato d’Asti into the glasses.
Garnish each with a rosemary sprig. Serve and enjoy!
