Ingredients

2 fuyu persimmons, ripe

1 banana, frozen

1 cup almond milk, or cashew milk, or other nut milk

¼ tsp ground ginger

¼ tsp ground cinnamon

pinch ground cloves

Preparation

Wash the persimmons and slice off the stem. Add them along with all the other ingredients to a high-powered blender.

Blend for 1 minute.

Optionally, garnish the inside of a glass with a thin persimmon slice.

Serve and enjoy!
