Ingredients

1lbdry-roasted peanuts

1tbspunsalted butter,melted

2tbspfresh rosemary,or 1 tbsp dried rosemary, finely chopped

1tspgarlic powder

2tspsalt,to taste

½tspcayenne pepper

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spread out peanuts in an even layer.

Toast the peanuts in the oven for 8 minutes until golden.

In a large bowl, combine the melted butter, rosemary, garlic powder, salt, and cayenne pepper.

Add the hot peanuts to the bowl, then toss with the butter herb mixture until coated. Let cool.
