Ingredients
1jalapeño pepper,½-inch slices, with seeds
1ozlime juice,fresh
½ozAgave In The Raw®
1½ozsilver tequila,(100 percent blue agave)
4ozorange juice,fresh
½ozpomegranate juice,like POM Wonderful
½orange slice,for garnish
jalapeño slices,¼-inch slices, for garnish
ice
club soda,optional
Preparation
In a cocktail shaker or glass, muddle the jalapeño and lime.
Add the agave, tequila, and orange juice, then fill the shaker with ice cubes. Shake just to chill.
Pour the pomegranate juice into a tall glass, then fill it with ice cubes until ¾ full.
Gently strain the drink into the glass.
Garnish with the orange and jalapeño slice, serve, and enjoy!
