Ingredients
10½ oz cucumbers, peeled, seeded, and cut into chunks
7½ oz tomatoes, cut into chunks (no need to deseed)
2¼ cups tomato juice, chilled, or cucumber juice
3 tbsp lime juice
2 tbsp hot sauce, of your choice
½ tsp ground coriander, plus more to taste
⅓ tsp ground cumin, plus more to taste
ice cubes, as needed
1 oz lime wedges
1 oz cucumber spears
Preparation
Combine all ingredients in a blender. Puree until the mixture is smooth.
Taste and adjust with more spices as necessary.
Garnish glasses with lime or tomato wedges, and/or cucumber spears. Serve!
