Ingredients

15 oz spinach, blanched, cooled

14 oz artichoke hearts, canned, drained and roughly chopped

1 cup parmesan cheese, grated or powdered

½ cup mozzarella cheese, shredded

10 oz alfredo sauce

1 tsp garlic, minced

4 oz cream cheese, softened

2 oz pepperoni, chopped

baguettes, sliced and toasted, or tortilla chips, nachos, or potato chips

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix thoroughly.

Spread mixture into a small baking dish.

Bake for 30 minutes or until the cheese is bubbling and melted.

Serve hot with roughly 2 slices of baguette per person or any of your chosen accompaniments.
