Ingredients
12ozpasta
1cupsour cream
¾cupmayonnaise
1½ozvegetable soup mix,(1 pkg)
3greenonions,sliced
14ozwater-packed artichokes,(1 can)
4cupsfresh spinach,chopped & lightly packed
Preparation
Cook pasta el dente according to package directions.
In a large bowl combine sour cream, mayonnaise and dry soup mix.
Drain artichokes well and cut into quarters.
Toss pasta with sauce. Gently fold in spinach, green onions and artichokes.
Refrigerate 1 hour before serving.
