Ingredients
½ozcrème de cassis
1ozbrandy,or cognac
1ozcranberry juice
1ozsparkling wine
flower,for garnish
Preparation
In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, combine the crème de cassis, cognac, and cranberry juice. Shake for 20 seconds then strain into a coupe glass.
Top with sparkling wine and garnish with a flower. Enjoy!
