Ingredients
⅓cupsoy sauce
¼cuplemon juice
½cupolive oil
¼cupWorcestershire sauce
2tspgarlic,minced
1tbspItalian Seasoning
1tspblack pepper
½tspsalt
½tsponion powder
Preparation
Place all the ingredients in a bowl or in a resealable gallon-sized freezer bag. Mix to combine.
Add steaks to the marinade. Marinate for at least 1 hour or up to 24 hours. Cook steak as desired.
